Highly trained experienced mechanics accomplish complex welding tasks that meet the most rigid specifications. We have been certified for over 30 years by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers for the use of code symbols "S" and "U." We also hold the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors' "R" symbol.
Our expertise includes boiler repairs, alteration, retubing and erection of new power boilers. We specialize in the installation of new, and the rehabilitation of existing, stokers and ash handling systems.
Rigging and erecting large and complex structures requires more than the right equipment. It takes the experience and know-how to do it precisely within design specifications and to do it safely, protecting workers and property.
Our experience in the installation of chiller plants includes the use of large diameter piping and completion of one of the largest privately-owned chiller plants on the East Coast.
We design, fabricate, erect and renovate steam and high pressure hot water distribution systems. We have even completed an installation 15 feet underground with all welds performed to radiographic standards.
Fabricating, erecting and renovating chemical handling systems takes technical skill and knowledge of specialized materials and safety requirements. Our process piping experience includes a wide variety of applications, including heavy industry, chemical plants and the beverage industry.
Our structural steel experience includes manufacturing plants, public buildings, such as hospitals, and the materials handling industry, such as dockside cranes at major marine terminals.
We offer specialized expertise in the installation of large diameter piping systems, such as those in chiller plants for hospitals and universities.
Where environmental control is paramount, we offer in-depth experience in the installation of bag houses and dust collectors to filter and capture particulate matter from boilers. We are knowledgeable in various state and federal regulations governing these installations.
On many projects, we perform turn-key services for our clients, managing all aspects of construction, from initial planning through final installation. Because we offer a wide breadth of services, we can often keep as much as 80% of the work in our care, custody and control. Our strengths are careful management, highly qualified personnel and "ownership" of every project on behalf of our client.
