Dual Fuel Burners
Green Contracting’s Service Department was responsible for the removal and replacement of three (3) dual fuel burners on High Temperature Hot Water Boilers at a military research facility.
This project included repairs to the boilers’ bridge-walls, as well as the installation of three (3) gas flow meters. The gas flow meters included a communications interface to allow the facility to closely monitor energy consumption. The replacement of the boilers and the repair of the burners helped improve the efficiency of the plant by 5-10%.
