Design/Build project consisting of structural addition to plant, field erection of an 80,000 #/hr. coal fired Keeler/Dorr-Oliver Superheat Steam Boiler, installation of Detroit Spreader Stoker with rotating grates, economizer, mechanical cyclone and baghouse collectors, coal ash conveying systems, silos, pipe systems and new Westinghouse controls and instrumentation for all facilities.
All work was performed in accordance with Green Contracting's Quality Control Program and the ASME Code Section I and B31.1 with certification of all welding procedures and application of the ASME Code Symbol "A."
Green Contracting served as the general contractor for this project.
Throughout the years Green has maintained the operations of this facility.
