Installation of a new 6,600 S.F. building with four 18' deep concrete tanks containing ten ice coil banks to provide 11,200 ton hours of full storage, one 750 ton centrifugal chiller ice machine, three 100 HP pumps, two 5,400 S.F. plate heat exchangers, two 3,300 GPM cooling towers and approximately 1,500' of new glycol, ice water, chilled water and condenser water pipe systems, the average pipe size being 12' diameter.
Green Contracting served as the construction manager, as well as performing all mechanical work for this project. This project had to be carefully coordinated with all trades involved in order to complete the required scope of work without interruption to daily campus activities.
