In November 1997, the Hospital was faced with a significant shortage in its chilled water capacity with the opening of two new buildings. Design of the Chiller Plant upgrade and Utility Tunnel projects was only 50% complete.

Based on our ongoing relationship with the Hospital, we were charged with completing this fast track multifaceted project.

We established a Design Team to oversee the design and selection of equipment and a Construction Team to oversee the planning and implementation of construction.
